Beyond beautiful Chanel faux pearl necklace! It is a rare piece and more unusual in that it uses pearls in delicious shades of chocolate brown and dusky pink. It has a double strand of chain linked pearls interspersed with braided goldtone links, and from these hangs a fabulous heart shaped pendant, the outer edge being picked out in the same shade of chocolate brown pearls, and with a Chanel CC logo in the centre. Hook clasp.
Signed and dated on plaque on one of pearls. From Season 28 (late 1980's).
Total length of shortest strand is 19 1/2" (49cms). Heart measures 2" long by 1 5/8" across.
