Wonderful pair of vintage large bright goldtone earrings from Yves Saint Laurent. They are in the fun shape of a clamshell, complete with ridges, and continue the shell/beach theme that recurs in Saint Laurent's work.
Each earring measures across 1 5/8" across (4cms).
Signed plaque on reverse of each earring, saying YSL and Made in France. These fun and very wearable earrings date from the 1990's.
