Refund policy

Returns
We offer a no questions asked return service - if for whatever reason the item you purchase is not suitable we will accept returns and no fees will be payable. We want you to love what you buy! However we do have a few rules to ensure everyone is protected. Firstly you must inform us by email (info@veryvintage.com) that you wish to return your purchase. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order or, unless the circumstances are exceptional, no refund can be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (Chanel box etc.).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund (assuming the above conditions are met).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. We have no control over this timescale.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@veryvintage.com.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

You must use a shipping service that provides a tracking service and you must advise us via email (info@veryvintage.com) of the tracking number once the return has been shipped. Failure to do so will make you responsible if the returned item is not delivered.
