This is a fabulous and rare vintage Chanel necklace/sautoir which has groups of chain-linked cranberry gripoix glass beads interspersed with gold plated 'nuggets' set on either side with gold plated rings. Nuggets are egg shaped and are richly decorated with symbols and Chanel CC logos. The necklace is versatile and can be doubled around the neck for a shorter style.
Closes with a large spring ring clasp, the ultimate for Chanel-lovers.
Signed and dated with plaque on one of the nuggets. From Autumn/Winter 1994 (94A).

The necklace is 35" long (88cms), each nugget motif measures 2.5" (5cms) and beads measure 0.45" (1.2cms)
