DETAILS
This is a fabulous example of the incredible futuristic pieces Pierre Cardin was producing in the 1960's and 70s. It came in various colourways and this is a very rare example of it in black with silver gilt tubular findings. The pendant finish is enamelled with four cut-out shapes that hold four enamelled dual sided diamond charms that rotate to reveal the alternative colour, and the permutations are endless! It can be all turquoise, all red or anything in between. Foldover clasp which is designed to spell CD.
Signed Pierre Cardin on reverse of pendant. From 1970's.
Measurements
Pendant has rounded corners and measures 3.5" long and 2.35" across (9cms by 6cms). Tubular chain measures 18" long (45.5cms).
